I guess it depends on the room you get, but much to My surprise, I got a nice room. only downside for me was No mini fridge, microwave or coffee maker even though They had advertised it.. but I guess they broke and never replaced them : \ but all in all it was quiet, clean with great water pressure! I would have liked brighter light to shave in the bathroom, but For the money, it was Good! : )
This is a MOTEL not a HOTEL. People need to remember that before they book. Each room is different. I booked the Jacuzzi suite for a few days. There is a bed, 2 nightstands, a mini fridge and microwave. The main reason we booked this suite was for the Jacuzzi. We brought cleaners to disinfect it before use. We would have done that at any Hotel. The bed was on a handmade frame that was larger than the mattress. We both have bruises on our shins from it. The bathroom is separate. Standard upright shower. The water pressure was LOVELY and the water was ALWAYS hot. Overall I didn't expect much for the price. Very inexpensive.
Extremely well-done renovation of the room. (Still smelled slightly of paint, and they hadn't replaced the vanity mirror.) Absolutely clean. Looked a little sketchy outside.
Very small roadside inn. We heard from the locals the motel was rough but we were pleasantly surprised. The room was nice in good shape fine for just a one night stay. Centrally located and the staff is nice.
I read all the Reviews and heard locally the bad things they say about the Lakeland inn motel. To be honest each and every time I have stayed there. I have never see or heard anything that would lead me to believe that anything illegal is going on here. The rooms may not be the Holiday Inn. But they are clean and neat. The hot water in the shower is very good. They tv is good. Not as many channels as I have at home. But they have enough channels. I have had no problems at all when staying here. Price and being clean and neat and having good TV and hot water is most important. It is next to the Airport Diner and very close to Mc Donald's. It is on the other side or the diner. A very short drive to Chinese take out. For a 1 star MOTEL, I find nothing wrong with it. If you want Holiday Inn. They stay there. I give Lakeland inn an 8 and a half out of 10. I recommend stay at this Motel. Good bang for you your buck.
The people working the desk are very nice and polite and go out of their way if you need anything. I found it to be a very pleasant experience and great for the price.. They just redid the rooms and it is very clean. I will be going back!!!
Great place to be spent one month with these guys and their business very responsive and reliable. Very decent when came to cleaning and pricing throughout. Smit and rahul nothing but gentleman towards everyone and everything during my stay will be back and will highly recommend again and thanks for everything
I'm going to give everyone a little advice. First of all you get what you pay for, if you were or are too cheap or you can't afford the bigger name hotel and think this is going to be the same you are crazy. Now when you call this motel or any motel/hotel ask if they have hourly rates if they say yes you are not going to get a top rated motel you are getting the bare minimum and don't expect it to be spotless and in good order.
